This class is offered for students who hold the rank of Green Belt
through Red Belt. In this class, students work on improving their
stances, incorporating the concept of "sine wave", reinforcing and
continually revisiting the previous patterns and kicks, all while still
learning their new patterns and other testing material. Students in this
class are required to become members of the United States
Taekwon-Do Federation prior to testing for green belt.
